Each team may have a maximum of 12 players on its roster.
Each team may have a maximum of 2 coaches.
Of the 12 players, 2 may be Guest Players (NBA, Euroleague, or other overseas professionals invited on an invitational basis and verified by PPL staff).
College Players:
- Maximum of two (2) college players per team.
- All collegiate players must apply to the PPL Draft Pool and be vetted/cleared for eligibility.
- Collegiate players must abide by all NCAA rules and regulations.
Roster Flexibility:
- Teams may request to add additional players under extraordinary circumstances, subject to approval by the PPL Commissioner.
- To utilize Guest Players, teams may not exceed 10 active rostered players.
Only Rostered Players and Coaches may sit on team benches.

Only approved team personnel (players, coaches, designated staff) may sit on the team bench.
All participants (collegiate, non-collegiate, and coaches) must complete a league application and waiver prior to participation.
The league will provide official scorekeepers, timekeepers, and statisticians.
- Team statisticians or scorers are not permitted at the official scorer’s table.
- Coaches may approach the scorer’s table only during timeouts, between quarters, or halftime.
- Players are not permitted to approach the scorer’s table.
Team Operators must notify PPL staff at least 24 hours in advance regarding the use of Guest Players.
