All Players, Coaches, and Team Operators must adhere to the Phoenix Pro League Team Guidelines.
Each team may have a maximum of 12 players on its roster.
Each team may have a maximum of 2 coaches.
Of the 12 players, 2 may be Guest Players (NBA, Euroleague, or other overseas professionals invited on an invitational basis and verified by PPL staff).
College Players:
Maximum of two (2) college players per team.
All collegiate players must apply to the PPL Draft Pool and be vetted/cleared for eligibility.
Collegiate players must abide by all NCAA rules and regulations.
Roster Flexibility:
Teams may request to add additional players under extraordinary circumstances, subject to approval by the PPL Commissioner.
To utilize Guest Players, teams may not exceed 10 active rostered players.
Only Rostered Players and Coaches may sit on team benches.

Each team is allowed one collegiate trade prior to the start of the season.
Trades require mutual agreement from both teams and a $150 transaction fee.
No collegiate trades are permitted once the season begins.
Each team will be provided with 12 official uniforms (jersey + shorts) for the season.
Players must be dressed in full official uniform in order to participate.
No exceptions: Players without proper uniform will not be permitted to play.
Headbands, arm sleeves, or accessories may not contain offensive, inappropriate, or unauthorized branding.
Only approved team personnel (players, coaches, designated staff) may sit on the team bench.
All participants (collegiate, non-collegiate, and coaches) must complete a league application and waiver prior to participation.
The league will provide official scorekeepers, timekeepers, and statisticians.
Team statisticians or scorers are not permitted at the official scorer’s table.
Coaches may approach the scorer’s table only during timeouts, between quarters, or halftime.
Players are not permitted to approach the scorer’s table.
Team Operators must notify PPL staff at least 24 hours in advance regarding the use of Guest Players.
Teams, players, and coaches are expected to demonstrate professional conduct on and off the court.
Fighting, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in suspension, fines, or expulsion from the league.
Coaches are responsible for the behavior of their players, staff, and bench personnel.
All participants must sign waivers acknowledging the risks associated with play.
Injured players must be cleared by a licensed medical professional before returning to play if deemed necessary by league staff.
Any suspicion of substance use (alcohol, performance-enhancing drugs, or recreational drugs) will result in immediate removal pending review.
The Phoenix Pro League reserves the right to:
Modify, amend, or update these guidelines at any time without prior written notice.
Make final rulings on all disputes, eligibility issues, and disciplinary matters.
